The purpose of the blogs on this site is to communicate to the Citizenry that:

• The majority of Levies Must be Authorized by the Citizens whether or Not you actually own Property.
• Levies are based on Taxing Subdivisions, which are authorized by the State Constitution or by Legislative Action (law)
• Taxing Subdivisions are managed by authorities that are not always elected. Rather they are appointed.
• Taxing Subdivisions do not coordinate with each other. Hence most often the Levies put forth most often have great impact on property taxes.
